Therefore, it is God’s will that children obey their parents. Disobedience to parents is disobedience to God and obedience to parents is obedience to God. God also says that honoring our parents comes with a blessing. Sin always robs us of blessing, and obedience to the Lord always brings blessing and enrichment to our lives. Jesus has given us spiritual gifts as an act of His grace and He uses your spiritual gifts to strengthen and mature others in the church.
