Agebuster Trip - Broadway in the Desert
Sept. 1-4 Our major excursion for 2026 will be a return trip to St. George, Utah. This will be our fifth Agebuster trip to Utah since 2014. The Tuacahn Amphitheater near St. George provides a summer of Broadway plays – rotating three plays, so when you stay three nights, you can see three different plays. This year, the three plays offered will be: Finding Nemo, Les Misérables, and Grease...three very different plays. The plays are in the evening. During the day, we will enjoy a trip to Bryce Canyon or Zion National Park, a trip to see petroglyphs, a desert botanical garden, a Dinosaur Museum, Snow Canyon State Park, or simply lounging around the motel pool. The cost for this event is $395. The fee covers the cost of tickets for three plays, transportation, lodging, and three breakfasts. You may sign up online starting on Thursday, May 21st, or on Sunday with an offering envelope. The deadline to sign up and pay a $140 deposit is Sunday, June 7th. The reason for this early deadline is that Tuacahn often sells out, so purchasing the tickets in June will ensure that we get good seats. The final payment will be due on Sunday, August 16th. Agebuster Luncheon
June 10th Wednesday, 12:00 pm Tavin Dillard is heading back to Shoreline to share more of his stories of living in small town Arkansas. He'll share about his lawn-mowing job, his Memaw and his interesting neighbors and friends in his trailer park. Join us for a great lunch and a hilarious afternoon with Tavin.
