Agebuster Luncheon
November 19 @ 12-2:30PM The Shoreline Agebuster Thanksgiving luncheon will be on Wednesday, November 19th at 12:00 noon, in the Fellowship Room.
This year the luncheon will be a pot-luck. The Agebusters will provide the turkey and/or ham and beverages. All guests who sign up are invited to bring a favorite Thanksgiving side-dish, salad or dessert that will serve 6-8. The cost for this meal will be $5/person. Please sign up online or you may also sign up using an offering envelope and placing it in the black offering containers in the back of the Worship Center on Sunday morning. Agebuster Trip to Bakersfield
December 6-8 A "bonus" Christmas Excursion! Join our Agebusters as we travel to Bakersfield to visit with Larrey & Becky Noia and experience: a Christmas melodrama, a fabulous Valley Baptist Christmas Program, a Holiday Lights program at the California Living Museum (CALM) - one of the top outdoor Christmas lighting venues in the US, and meals at Hodels, Cracker Barrel and Rosemarys. This trip will begin at 9:00 am on Saturday, Dec. 6th and we will return to Fountain Valley by 1:00 pm on Monday, Dec. 8th.
The cost will cover: Lodging with breakfast, Melodrama tickets, Tickets to the CALM "Holiday Lights," all meals, transportation for those carpooling from Fountain Valley, and ice cream at Rosemarys! The cost will be: 1. Agebusters from Fountain Valley who carpool: $290/person - double occupancy or $390 for a single. a. This cost includes $30/person for transportation. Drivers will be reimbursed by check $30/person riding with you. b. Agebusters from FV who drive on their own: $260/person - double; $360/single. 2. Agebusters and friends from outside of FV: $260/person - double; $360/single Pay online or send a check, made out to Shoreline Baptist, to Bob Garcia at: 17527 Briarwood St. Fountain Valley, 92708 Deadline: Sunday, November 16th. There is no deposit. You must sign up and pay the full amount by Nov. 16th. You may pay on the Shoreline website or with an offering envelope on Sunday morning, note that it is for the Agebuster Trip and place your check in the black box in the back of the Worship Center.
