What to expect

God loves you and wants a relationship with you. Shoreline is a group of people whose lives have been transformed by God’s love and grace.  We invite you to come and worship, learn, and grow in a relationship with God.
What do I wear?
​Feel free to dress in whatever way you feel most comfortable.  Most people dress casual, but some prefer to dress up. You'll see everything from shorts and sandals, to coats and ties.  What matters is not what you wear, but that you come ready in your heart to meet with God and worship Him.
What kind of people are at Shoreline?
Our church is a multigenerational church made up of people from all kinds of ages, races, and backgrounds.  We are all united in our love for Jesus, our love for His Word, and our love for each other.

What does sunday look like?

Sunday Worship Service

Our Worship Service is at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday mornings.
Our worship service is not primarily about us, it is about God.  Our first priority is to minister to God through worship.  We want to celebrate and worship God for who He is and what He has done.  We worship God through music, biblical teaching, giving, and prayer.

Our music is eclectic, our preaching is primarily a verse by verse study of the Bible, and our desire is to honor God in our worship services.  The central part of our worship service is when we open up the Bible and hear what God is saying to us through His Word.
Life Groups
​
Our Life Groups meet on Sunday mornings at 9:00-10:05 a.m. The name Life Group emphasizes these are community groups, a group of believers that do life together while seeking to study and build our lives upon the Word of God.  God created us for relationships- with Him and one another.  Studies have found that believers actively involved in a small group read their Bible, pray, give, and serve more than those who are not.  God never meant for us to do life alone, He designed us to connect with one other.  At Shoreline, Life Groups are where we connect and grow with God and one another; we love, support, encourage, pray, learn, and serve together.
