Sermon By: Pastor Matt Spradlin Ephesians 3:14-21 Most of our prayers are for comfort. We pray that we would not have any physical discomforts or emotional discomforts. Nowhere in Bible does it say it is God’s will for you to be comfortable, but it does say it is God’s will for you to grow. Paul is in prison but he does not pray for physical comfort. Instead he prays for the church’s spiritual growth.

Sermon By: Pastor Matt Spradlin Ephesians 3: 1-13 We have all kinds of perceived needs, but our greatest need not a job, a house, good health, or finances. Our greatest need is to know and follow God’s eternal purpose. The book of Ephesians is about God’s purpose for the unity of church. To not understand this purpose is like trying to build with the wrong blueprint. Racial prejudice in the church robs the church of its witness because it undermines the message of grace. The gospel transcends all barriers and makes us all one in the church.
Sermon By: Pastor Matt Spradlin Ephesians 2:11-22 There have been thousands of peace covenants brought by man that have failed. The only eternal peace covenant that will last is the one made by God through Jesus Christ. Sin is the great separator in this world. Sin separated man from God, sin separated man from man. Paul describes the greatest peace mission in history- Jesus through cross not only reconciled man to God, but He also destroys all barriers and brings all races together as one.
Sermon By: Pastor Matt Spradlin Genesis 22 Sometimes God asks us to give Him to most important thing to us, and we often want to hold on. But it is faith that enables us to walk with God and hold onto Him and nothing else. When our faith is put on trial, that is when we learn the character of God and that behind God’s promises is God’s power. If we will place our faith in God, God will take that faith and use it to accomplish His purpose and His plan.
Sermon By: Pastor Matt Spradlin Ephesians 2:1-10 There are only two options: either all have to die for their sins, or someone has to die for the sins of us all. That is what Jesus did upon the cross but then He rose from the dead. Jesus is alive and because He is alive we can be forgiven of our sins, we can have a relationship with God. All of that is by God’s amazing grace.
