​God is a covenant keeping God and He calls us to reflect His love by being a covenant keeping people.  God’s design for marriage is that a man and woman form a bond or covenant that reflects His great love with His people.  We often think our marriage is about us, but Malachi tells us it is actually about the gospel.  That gospel is to shape and change the way we do marriage.

There’s always the danger of viewing racism and injustice through a political filter, rather than letting God’s Word shape our worldview and guide our response.  As believers we must approach these issues from a biblical and theological viewpoint, and understand how the Gospel of Jesus points to a people who are greatly diverse and deeply unified in Christ.
